About
Mujeres Luchadoras Progresistas (Women Striving for Progress) is a farmworker women's organization that began as a PCUN project in 1992 and incorporated as a nonprofit in 2001. Based in Woodburn and part of the CAPACES network, it develops women's leadership, creates economic development opportunities, and offers peer support to address workplace and home issues including domestic violence and sexual harassment. Its long-running Christmas wreath project helps fund the work.
