Mangata Wellness is a multi-clinician psychology group with offices in Salem and Wilsonville plus a family physician offering gender-affirming primary care. Several psychologists provide gender-affirming care, write letters for gender-affirming surgery, and support gender-expansive youth and families, alongside psychological testing. 503-908-6050.
