The Northwest Gender Pathways Clinic is Kaiser Permanente Northwest's multidisciplinary gender-affirming care program, with a team spanning internal medicine, gynecology, psychiatry, surgery, social work, nursing, and community health navigation. Patients call to be triaged into the right services. Generally serves Kaiser Permanente members. 503-249-6748.
