Joyful Transitions (Joyful Transitions PDX) is a trans-, nonbinary-, and disabled-run nonprofit that provides free transition materials such as binders, packers, packing pouches, stand-to-pee devices, and tucking supplies. They also offer free transition consults to help people figure out first steps, including bridging to hormones, general healthcare, and surgery information, plus support for parents of trans kids. Based in Beaverton, they ship across the Portland metro and surrounding areas and offer pickup; request items through their website.
