In Context Counseling is a Portland practice solely devoted to gender- and identity-affirming individual, couples, and family therapy for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people and the broader queer community. They provide WPATH-aligned readiness and referral letters for HRT, top surgery, and bottom surgery, serving children through adults. 503-673-6190.
