About

H4A is a hygiene hub for unsheltered residents of Portland's Central Eastside, run by and for houseless neighbors. Services include 20-minute hot showers, hygiene and first-aid supplies, a clothing and bedding exchange, device charging, and waste management, and it hires unsheltered people to serve their peers. The hub is open Tuesday and Thursday 3-9pm and Sunday 3-7pm; phone (971) 236-2524.
