GABRIELA Portland is the local chapter of GABRIELA USA, an overseas alliance of the Philippines-based women's movement. Membership is open to Pinays in the greater Portland area, including migrants, immigrants, and US-born members, and the group organizes around women's rights, anti-violence, and migrant justice. It runs community events, political education, and campaigns, many open to the wider Portland community.
