Full Spectrum Therapy is a Portland group practice founded in 2017 dedicated to LGBTQ+ mental health, serving children through adults with clinicians trained in LGBTQIA2S and gender-affirming care, including transition-related letters for hormones and surgery. After absorbing the trans-specialized Brave Space practice in 2023 it serves hundreds of clients and accepts the Oregon Health Plan. 503-765-5733.
