About

Founded in 2015, Fair Shot For All is a coalition of more than 30 Oregon organizations that unites people most affected by systemic inequities to win policy change, centering BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ people, women, immigrants, and working-class families. Its legislative wins include minimum-wage increases, paid sick leave, expanded healthcare and reproductive access, and ban-the-box hiring protections.
