Domestic Violence Services, Inc. has supported survivors of domestic, dating, and sexual violence and stalking in Umatilla and Morrow Counties since 1977. Free, confidential services include advocacy, help with legal forms and protective orders, support groups, life-skills classes, peer support, and emergency shelter, for survivors of all ages and all gender identities. Offices are in Pendleton and Hermiston; the 24-hour crisis line is 1-800-833-1161.
