DVRC, founded in 1975, is the primary domestic violence advocacy program in Washington County, supporting survivors and their children. Services include a 24-hour crisis line, confidential emergency shelter, transitional housing, free counseling for adults and children, advocacy, protective-order help, and safety planning, with most services available in Spanish.
