Cultivate Initiatives works alongside marginalized and unhoused neighbors in East Portland through workforce development (including a paid property-stewardship crew, showers, and hygiene services), supportive sheltering (the Menlo Park Safe Rest Village and severe-weather shelter), and housing support. It connects people to jobs, shelter, and housing. Phone 503-477-9742.
