About

CAT is Oregon's only statewide, member-controlled renters' rights organization, combining tenant education, advocacy, and organizing. It runs a Renters' Rights Hotline at 503-288-0130 (limited hours) and publishes know-your-rights guides on eviction, repairs, deposits, and discrimination in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and other languages.
