Cassity Counseling is the practice of Marca (Marx) Cassity, RN, BSN, LMFT, an Osage Two-Spirit therapist offering gender-affirming, trauma-informed, culturally competent counseling with depth in LGBTQ, Two-Spirit/Native, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
