Bywater Health is a queer-led NE Portland clinic founded by nurse practitioner Chuck Williamson, offering LGBTQ-inclusive primary care including gender-affirming hormone therapy, HIV PrEP and treatment, mental health, and preventive care. The founder trained at Stanford and UCSF in gender-affirming medicine and HIV care. 503-975-9398.
