About
Bridges Oregon is the first and only culturally specific nonprofit in Oregon providing advocacy and accompaniment to Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing survivors in their heritage languages. Advocates help with safety planning, accompaniment, and connecting to resources whether or not police are involved, and all services are free and confidential. They run a 24/7 emergency hotline reachable by voice, text, FaceTime, or videophone, alongside interpreting and independent-living services.
