Bridge Meadows

Bridge Meadows builds intergenerational housing communities that pair adoptive and foster families with single older adults who serve as mentors, helping children heal from the trauma of foster care. The North Portland community offers townhouses for eligible families and apartments for older adults, supported by therapeutic programming and community life. Families fostering or adopting youth are referred through the Oregon Department of Human Services; learn more via their website.
