About
The Behavioral Health Resource Center is a welcoming day center in downtown Portland for people who are houseless and living with addiction or mental health challenges. It offers restrooms, showers, laundry, and a calm indoor and outdoor space to rest, plus staff who make referrals to housing, health, benefits, and social services. The day center runs in four 3-hour blocks, and you need a ticket to enter, available from the outreach van at NW Broadway and Glisan from 6am until tickets run out. Open daily 8am to 8pm (closed the fourth Friday of each month from 11am to 3pm). 503-988-4100, bhrc-info@multco.us.
