The Black Educational Achievement Movement (BEAM), also known as BEAM Village, is a Portland-based 501(c)(3) that unites Black educators, professionals, and community organizations to support Black students' middle-school, high-school, and post-secondary success across Oregon. It is best known for the annual Black Student Success Summit, a college-to-career event that has served thousands of Black students statewide, and has expanded into community-led learning hubs.
