The Harbor, an Astoria nonprofit, runs a dedicated LGBTQIA+ program including Closet Cleaners (a 2SLGBTQIA+ social group for ages 13-17, with the Lower Columbia Q Center) and Rainbow Family Circle for parents and caregivers. Community peer support, not clinical care. (503) 325-5735.
